For the past seven years, we’ve collaborated with Dark Arts Coffee, one of our long-standing roasting partners. Through years of tasting, brewing and serving this coffee in our bars, we’ve shaped a profile that reflects exactly what we look for in the cup.

The beans in this tin are sourced exclusively for Hagen from selected farmers in Sul de Minas, Brazil. Carefully handpicked and responsibly sourced, they are roasted in collaboration with Dark Arts to achieve a clean, balanced expression.

Using Bellwether, our eco-roasting machine, we’ve been studying the perfect roasting profile for our single-origin, anaerobic natural Nepal beans. This light roast balances perfectly acidity and sweetness, leaving us with strawberry tasting notes, a caramel body & a nutty finish.

Danish speciality instant coffee. Single origin. Easy to brew at home, or when travelling. Taste is everything to us so we have carefully adapted our Himalayan Speciality coffee to work as a delicious instant coffee. Sourced directly from select farmers in Taplejung, Nepal, the beans are naturally processed and roasted in-house at Hagen Belgravia.
